If you cannot find a package you believe has been delivered, we recommend that you first check all around your house, with anyone who lives with you and with any neighbors, in case the package was incorrectly delivered.
If your shipping address is located within an apartment complex or place of business, please check with the receptionist or main office. They often hold packages until the recipient picks them up.
If you still cannot find the package after following these steps, please let us know and we can start a formal investigation with the carrier. Please be advised that they may ask you questions and look around the property in an effort to retrieve the package on your behalf.
